Candidate selection is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative elements.
Quantitative elements assess historic achievements and abilities, and how those abilities would translate into the clients’ operating model. They are mapped to a “6 Core Competencies” grid, agreed for the role with the client beforehand.
Qualitative elements are assessed in a Values Based Interview. This is based on “Attitudes & Behaviours”, which provides an assessment of Cultural Fit.
Attitudes + Behaviour = Culture, or A + B = C.
